Designed for artists, influencers, consultants, entrepreneurs, and freelancers, KML’s “Eyes-On” Subscription Plan is how we support creatives without the high hourly fees ‘traditional’ entertainment law firms charge. As a member, you’ve got access to KML’s team to help you navigate the confusing world of NDA’s, Master Service Agreements, Independent Contractors, LLC Formation, Trademarks, Intellectual Property, etc. etc. etc.

Plans include basic contract review (up to a certain number each month), plus quarterly check-in meetings. Each contract we review includes a 30-minute call where we’ll review our notes with you, answer any questions, and suggest next steps. Members are billed for any legal work beyond basic contract review (such as detailed revisions and redlines, negotiations, drafting contracts from scratch, etc)… you’ll know the anticipated cost before we start, and the special members-only rates will guarantee that you’ll pay less than you would without a subscription.
