KML uses an innovative “hybrid” fee structure, considering each particular matter independently and charging rates that are appropriate for each unique matter: flat-fee, billable-hour, contingent-fee (percentage), or some combination thereof.

This is the most “traditional” way of working with a lawyer… but also the most expensive. If you deal with a lot of contracts over the course of the year, consider one of our subscription plans.
